Siuma Capital worked closely with Moderna Alimentos to shape its inorganic growth thesis, aligning investment opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives. First we supported the client in defining its investment criteria—such as size, segment, brand strength, and market share—and then mapped the local market to identify potential targets that met these priorities. More than eight companies were analyzed, providing the board of directors with actionable options for consolidation. Siuma Capital also initiated contact with selected players to gauge their interest in an M&A process with Moderna Alimentos, ensuring a clear path from strategy design to execution.
